I can't see any products, how do I get access?

You must create an account with a group passcode to have access to product! Please register for an account and input your charity's group passcode in the "Group Passcode" line of the registration form. Having difficulty? Reach out stores@brandblvd.com for your code.

Can I return a product?

All items ordered and customized, this means, we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with the quality of the product ordered, please contact stores@brandblvd.com who will be happy to assist you.
 

Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?

If a mistake is made during the ordering process and you realize it after you have submitted your order, please contact stores@brandblvd.com within 24 hours and we will do what we can to help.

Can I order something that I cannot find on the webstore?
